Work as part of case teams to diagnose current performance, identify value creation opportunities and design improvement initiatives in areas such as operations, supply chain, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, SG&A and working capital.
Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, including data collection, modeling, benchmarking and root cause analysis to generate fact based insights.
Participate in client interviews, workshops and site visits (e.g., factories, warehouses, shared service centers) to understand how work is done on the ground.
Translate analyses into clear, structured storylines, pages and exhibits that support client recommendations.
Support the development of implementation roadmaps, KPI dashboards and tracking routines to ensure results are delivered and sustained.
Contribute actively to team discussions, problem solving sessions and hypothesis building, bringing a practical and implementation oriented mindset.
