to lead our automotive product development center, acting as a strategic bridge between technical innovation and business growth. Reporting to the GM, this role will oversee the entire product lifecycle for analog/mixed-signal automotive ICs and its systems, driving product line strategy, development, and commercialization. The ideal candidate will possess a rare blend of deep technical expertise in automotive applications and IC design, proven business management acumen, and exceptional cross-functional leadership skills. Fluency in both English and Chinese is critical for collaborating with global teams and managing regional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Strategy & Business Leadership
- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for analog/mixed-signal automotive ICs and systems (including SW), aligning with market trends, customer needs, and company goals.
- Lead the China Product Center as a profit-and-loss (P&L) owner, driving revenue growth, margin optimization, and market share expansion.
- Identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business models to enhance competitiveness in the automotive IC landscape.

2. Technical Leadership & Development
- Oversee end-to-end product development, from concept to mass production, ensuring adherence to automotive quality standards (e.g., AEC-Q100, IATF 16949).
- Collaborate with local and global R&D teams to guide technical decisions in analog/mixed-signal design, verification, and process integration.
- Drive innovation in automotive-specific applications (e.g., smart driver, sensor interfaces, in-vehicle networking).

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with engineering, operations, and sales teams to ensure seamless product launch and commercialization.
- Manage and build up customer relationships and stakeholder expectations, providing technical and business insights to key clients.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize production, delivery, and cost efficiency.

4. Team Management & Talent Development
- Build and lead high-performing product management, engineering, and project teams.
- Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement within the business unit.
- Mentor and develop junior leaders, ensuring long-term organizational capability.

5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure products meet regulatory requirements (e.g., automotive safety standards, environmental norms).
- Implement robust quality management systems to guarantee reliability and customer satisfaction.

6. Global & Local Communication
- Serve as the primary interface between global headquarters, regional teams, and external partners.
- Lead cross-cultural communication, ensuring alignment between technical and commercial objectives.
Required Qualifications
Technical Expertise
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 10+ years of proven experience in analog/mixed-signal IC product development/management, with at least 5 years in automotive applications.
- Deep understanding of automotive IC development cycles, including design, verification, and NPI engineering.

Business & Leadership Skills
- 5+ years of leadership experience in business unit management, product line management, or equivalent roles.
- Strong P&L management experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to balance technical innovation with commercial viability.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and adaptability to fast-paced, dynamic environments.

Language & Communication
- Fluency in both Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal).
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Additional Qualities
- Passion for the automotive industry and emerging technologies & innovations (e.g., EVs, ADAS, Humanoid).
- Strong ethical standards and commitment to compliance and data security.
- Ability to travel domestic and internationally as needed.
