The job includes the following tasks:
• Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple localized projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet established timelines and quality standards.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, engineering, production, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and tools, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate project status and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
