Description:
We are looking a Technical Sales Manager to join our China team. You will act as the bridge between our Dutch experts and local clients, focusing on swine and calf nutrition. You will provide on-the-ground technical support, manage distributor relationships, and help drive sales by building strong customer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Sales
• Provide daily technical support to customers and the sales team.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and trainings.
• Assist in setting up customer trials, collect data, and coordinate analysis with experts in the Netherlands.
• Handle product sample requests and coordinate lab analysis.
• Resolve customer complaints by coordinating solutions internally.
Distributor & Account Management
• Develop and manage new distributors for specific product lines.
• Coordinate monthly distributor meetings (including translation).
• Monitor stock levels and sales updates.
• Support pricing strategies by providing benchmarking information.
• Develop new Key Accounts (KAs) and support the launch of new products.
Marketing & Events
• Organize company participation in exhibitions and seminars.
• Coordinate the design and translation of marketing materials/brochures.
• Arrange customer meetings and farm visits.
• Plan and coordinate visits for Dutch experts to China, and Chinese customer trips to the Netherlands (logistics, programming, translation).
Administration & Strategy
• Conduct market analysis and research on competitors.
• Assist in preparing monthly management reports and Sales Meeting materials.
• Coordinate project bidding documents.
• Maintain accurate records of travel, meetings, and reports.
