Basic Function: Brief statement indicating why the role exists and its function
Assist General Manager to set up business development plan and achieve the business target, manage the whole process of raw materials and Finished Goods, provide in-plant logistic service for production line , Provide logistic service for Export and Import business .
Responsibilities, Accountabilities & Decision Making Authority: Outline the primary responsibilities of the position and the authority level of the position (i.e., budget approval)
1. To make practice and make promotion CNH Culture, To take fully responsibility of safety management and control in Logistic operation department.
2. To set up or maintain proper SOP for incoming materials receiving and storage , FGs and parts delivery , the correct and daily book-keeping for all above process. etc. To implement CNH policy of Inventory Security and Control.
3. To take responsibility of cycle counting, such as weekly, monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly within department. To assist company to finish the Half year and annual stock-taking.
4. To build effective in- plant logistic deployment and SOP together with other teams to meet production line needs.
5. To make business cooperation with Production team for Plant efficiency improvement.
6. To manage the layout, loading and dispatches of containers in good order according to Purchase orders from customers and headquarter. To make regular communication and reporting to Headquarter.
7. To make business cooperation with Customs agency for import and export business. To make sure our on-time delivery and reasonable cost.
8. Other business supports and business coordination.
Job Requirements and qualifications: Describe the basic requirements of the position
Include: previous functional experience (# of years), technical skills/knowledge, management experience (# of years), key business experiences (i.e., turnarounds, P&L responsibility, international, start-ups), certifications, education, licensing
Good Experience in Warehouse management and In-plant logistic operation.
Have some knowledge of Important Export business
To be brave to meet the business challenge and have the down-to-earth working spirit.
To have experience to manage White collar and blue collar.

- resident in Kunshan or able to move here
- preferred: at least 3+ years experience in the same role
- needed: experience 5+ years in warehouse and logistic operation.
