Profile:
Above 5 years of experience in software development.
Understanding of software scalability, performance, reliability, maintainability, and security.
Ability to develop technical solutions and communicate and implement them effectively.
Strong communication, presentation, and moderation skills.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, IBM RTC)
Experience with requirements management (e.g., in Doors)
Experience with agile development methodologies (Jira, IBM RTC)
Knowledge of software development processes and standards (ASPICE) and functional safety (ISO 26262).

Job Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Power Electronics, Automation, Automotive Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in automotive electronics or functional safety, with experience in electric drive control, ECU, or inverter products preferred.
Strong internal and external communication and presentation skills, with a proactive mindset, cooperative attitude, and willingness to share knowledge.
Ability to independently manage safety topics related to electric control/inverter systems and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Fluent in English as a working language.
