工作职责
• Project Management: Lead and oversee multiple localized projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and meet established timelines and quality standards.
• Resource Coordination: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively across projects, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project priorities.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, including senior management, engineering, production, and sales teams, to ensure alignment and address any issues or concerns.
• Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Process Improvement: Continuously improve project management processes and tools, implementing best practices and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations. Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate project status and performance to senior management and other stakeholders.
任职资格
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or a related field, with a strong background in semiconductor/electronics and/or automotive industry.
• Proven track record of leading and managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a focus on localized projects in China.
• Strong project management skills, including experience with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMP certification, Agile, Scrum).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data and models.
• Experience with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with advanced analytics and data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
• Understanding of international business practices and local market conditions in China.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a high-performing project management team.
