工作职责
1. Production Yield Monitoring & Analysis
Establish and operate China-centric yield monitoring dashboards for wafer sort, final test, and assembly processes at China OSATs, aligned with Global yield analysis frameworks
Perform daily/weekly yield data mining to identify top yield killers, trend anomalies, and early warning signals across multiple OSATs and products
Generate standardized yield reports per Global templates, providing clear, data-backed narratives for both China operations and Global stakeholders
Maintain yield databases and analytics tools, ensuring data integrity and traceability from raw tester/assembly logs to executive summaries
2. Yield Improvement & Defect Reduction
Lead cross-functional yield improvement initiatives with China OSATs, Test Engineering, and Assembly Engineering—translating yield loss findings into concrete corrective actions
Perform statistical yield analysis (bin mapping, correlation analysis, ANOVA, etc.) to pinpoint root causes of systematic and random yield loss
Validate effectiveness of improvement actions through before/after yield comparison and statistical significance testing
Document yield learnings and best practices in Global knowledge repositories, preventing recurrence across products and sites
3. Global-Local Collaboration
Partner with Global Yield/Product Engineering to deploy Global yield analysis methodologies, classification standards, and reporting cadences in China
Execute Global-prescribed yield investigation protocols when anomalies occur, escalating findings with proper data packages to Global colleagues
Represent China yield data and manufacturing realities in Global yield reviews, ensuring headquarters decisions account for China OSAT context
Adopt Global yield target-setting processes while proposing China-specific adjustments based on OSAT capability and product maturity
4 China OSAT Technical Support & Escalation
Serve as the primary yield analysis contact for China OSATs, responding to yield excursions, lot holds, and customer complaint investigations
Audit OSAT yield data quality and classification accuracy, ensuring alignment with Global standards
Train OSAT personnel on yield reporting requirements, binning conventions, and data interpretation per Global specifications
Build trusted relationships with OSAT quality and production teams, influencing yield-focused behavior without direct authority
任职资格
Required:
Bachelor's degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Statistics, or related fields
4+ years semiconductor product engineering or yield engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a fabless or OSAT environment focused on production data analysis
Strong proficiency in yield analysis methodologies: bin mapping, statistical process control, correlation analysis, design of experiments
Expert-level data analytics skills: Python, R, SQL, or JMP for large-scale semiconductor dataset manipulation and visualization
Deep understanding of semiconductor manufacturing flow: wafer fab, wafer sort, assembly, final test, and reliability
Fluent English as working language for technical collaboration with Global colleagues
Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex yield data into clear business/technical narratives
Preferred:
Direct experience with major China OSATs and their data systems, understanding yield reporting practices and common pitfalls
Familiarity with AEC-Q100/101 automotive yield requirements or equivalent high-reliability product standards
Experience with yield management systems (YMS), TMS, or MES data extraction and integration
Knowledge of semiconductor failure analysis (FA) techniques and defect physical characterization
Prior experience supporting customer-facing teams or direct customer quality discussions
